“先锋荟”青年展风采、实地考察上海显魅力——“土地与未来上海国际研讨会”圆满落幕

2017年11月25日,“土地与未来上海国际研讨会”第二天, “先锋荟”、圆桌会议、现场考察等议程有序开展。

为贯彻落实十九大关于“要关心和爱护青年,为他们实现人生出彩搭建舞台”的精神,为搭建青年同志成长成才与国土资源学科建设和事业发展双赢的平台,本次国际研讨会特别开设了青年专家报告环节——先锋荟,推进青年专家之间的研讨交流和资源共享,引导广大青年迎接新时代的挑战和机遇。11月25日上午的“先锋荟”,由上海市地质调查研究院副院长张洪武主持,先后九位青年专家上台演讲。分别是上海市地质调查研究院张玮博士,上海交通大学农业与生物学院谷晓坤博士,重庆市国土资源和房屋勘测规划院汪鹏所长,中国土地勘测规划院数据中心张嘉工程师,浙江大学土地与国家发展研究院岳文泽博士,上海交通大学智能交通与无人机应用研究中心黄一哲博士,北京大学城市与环境学院黄玖菊博士,内蒙古自治区土地调查规划院梁洁博士和国土资源部科技与国际合作司宫景文女士。

25日下午,中国土地勘测规划院外事办主任廖蓉主持召开圆桌会议,推动与会国际机构和组织之间加深了解、商谈合作。联合国人居署-全球土地工具网络、荷兰基础设施和环境部、德国汉斯赛德尔基金会、俄罗斯国立土地规划大学、英国皇家特许测量师学会、国际测量师协会等国际组织和机构,国土资源部规划司、科技与国际合作司、中国土地勘测规划院、上海市地质调查研究院、浙江大学土地与国家发展研究院等国内单位和机构参加会议,充分发表对合作领域、合作方式甚至合作项目的意见建议。

圆桌会议后,研讨会安排参会人员赴上海空间艺术季主会场和徐汇滨江规划展示馆进行实地考察。

至此,首届“土地与未来上海国际研讨会”圆满落幕。本次研讨会促进了土地科学领域我国专家与国外同行的沟通交流,分享了国内外先进的土地规划、利用和管理理念和实践,向世界展示了以上海为代表的中国在协调人地关系、促进土地供给侧结构性改革等方面取得的成果和经验,也为全国国土空间规划编制提升我国土地利用管理水平提供了借鉴和参考。

Nov. 25, 2017 was the second day of“Shanghai International Symposium of Land & Future”, on which such agenda as “Young Experts Speeches”, round-table conference and site inspection were orderly performed.

To implement the spirit of the 19thCPC National Congress that “care and protect young people, and set up stages for them to realize colorful life”, and to build the platform benefiting both the growth and success of young people as well as the discipline construction and career development of national resources, this International Symposium particularly opened the reporting link of young experts –Young Experts Speeches, so as to promote the discussion, exchange and resources sharing among young experts, and to guide young people to meet challenges and opportunities of the new era. The “Young Experts Speeches” on the morning of Nov. 25 was presided over by ZHANG Hongwu, the Vice President of Shanghai Institute of Geological Survey, where 9 young experts delivered speeches. The aforesaid 9 young experts refer to PhD ZHANG Wei from Shanghai Institute of Geological Survey, PhD GU Xiaokun from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Agriculture and Biology, WANG Peng, the Director of Chongqing Planning Institute of Land Resources and Housing Survey, ZHANG Jia, an engineer from China Land Surveying and Planning Institute Data Center, PhD YUE Wenze from the Land Academy for National Development Zhejiang University, PhD HUANG Yizhe from Center for ITS and UAV Applications Research of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, PhD HUANG Jiuju from College of Urban and Environmental Sciences at Peking University, PhD LIANG Jie from Inner Mongolia Land Surveying and Planning Institute and Miss. GONG Jingwen from Department of Science & Technology and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Land and Resources of the PRC.

The round-table conference on the afternoon of Nov. 25 was presided over by LIAO Rong, the Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of China Land Surveying and Planning Institute for the purpose of promoting participating international institutions and organizations to deepen mutual understanding and carry out cooperation via negotiation. International organizations and institutions represented by United Nations Human Settlements Programme - The Global Land Tool Network (GLTN), Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment of the Netherlands, Hanns Seidel Stiftung, States University of Land Use Planning of Russia, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and International Federation of Surveyors as well as domestic units and institutions, including but not limited to the Planning Department of the Ministry of Land and Resources of the PRC, Department of Science & Technology and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Land and Resources of the PRC,the China Land Surveying and Planning Institute, the Shanghai Institute of Geological Survey and the Land Academy for National Development Zhejiang University all attended the round-table conference, and expressed their opinions and suggestions on cooperation fields, cooperation patterns and even cooperation projects.

Upon conclusion of the round-table conference, this Symposium arranged participants to reach the main venue of Shanghai Urban Space Art Season and Xuhui Riverside Area Exhibition Center for field visit.

So far, the first “Shanghai International Symposium of Land & Future” came to a successful conclusion. This Symposium manages to promote the communication and exchange between Chinese experts in the land science domain and foreign peers, to share advanced concepts and practice of land planning, use and management in the domestic and overseas, to show the achievements and experience in coordinating man-earth relationship and promoting land supply-side structural reform achieved by China with Shanghai as representative, and to provide reference for compiling national land space planning and improving Chinese land use and management level.
